Kris’s concrete driveway in Longwood, Florida, had developed numerous cracks, with several sections having sunken into the ground. She reached out to LRE Foundation Repair seeking a solution to repair the concrete and avoid the need for a full replacement. One of our Design Specialists visited Kris’s home, conducted a thorough inspection, and identified soil settlement as the cause of the concrete driveway’s settling and cracking. For a full comprehensive solution, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, Polylevel was injected beneath the settling concrete to lift and level the slabs and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, the cracks were sealed with NexusPro in order to prevent water intrusion and increase curb appeal. Kris was very pleased with the result, as the concrete driveway was fully repaired and stabilized, eliminating the need for a complete replacement.
A significant tripping hazard had developed in Travis’s concrete pool deck at his home in Longwood, Florida, after a section of the concrete settled, resulting in an uneven surface. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair, we scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists to visit his home to assess the pool deck and offer a solution. The specialist discovered that the back side of the pool deck, which was positioned against the retaining wall, had sunk due to erosion of the underlying soil. To lift and level the concrete while stabilizing the underlying soil, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the pool deck. As a result, the trip hazard was completely eliminated, allowing Travis and his family to safely enjoy their concrete pool deck without the fear of potential injury.
A homeowner in Longwood, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair after noticing that their large concrete patio slab, which supported their home’s AC unit, was separating from the house and sinking into the soil. Concerned about the structural integrity of the patio, they scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists.
During the assessment, we discovered that significant soil erosion, caused by rainwater runoff from the roof, had compromised the slab’s stability. To provide a lasting solution, our team installed a helical pier system around the patio’s foundation, ensuring durable support and preventing further settlement.
Upon completion of the project, the homeowner was relieved to see the gap between the patio and the home fully closed, knowing their patio slab is now permanently stabilized and secure.
Chad’s concrete pool deck at his home in Longwood, Florida, had suffered significant settlement damage, causing multiple slabs to become uneven and create major tripping hazards. Wanting a reliable solution that wouldn’t require replacing the concrete, he turned to LRE Foundation Repair for help.
After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, and seal the damaged areas. Chad approved the plan, and our team got to work. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the pool deck to carefully lift and level the slabs. Then, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent further damage and protect against water intrusion.
Now, Chad’s pool deck is fully leveled and permanently stabilized, allowing him to enjoy his outdoor space with peace of mind.
Matthew noticed that his concrete patio stairs were gradually sinking over time, creating a significant trip hazard and prompting him to take immediate action to prevent the issue from worsening. A Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair visited Matthew’s home in Longwood, Florida, and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the concrete steps. After confirming that soil settlement was the cause for the steps to sink, the LRE team used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to its proper level. Matthew was delighted with the outcome, as the stairsteps are now stabilized, and the trip hazard is gone for good.
