Members of a homeowner’s association in Palm Harbor, Florida, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair requesting assistance with fixing a few trip hazards in their community’s concrete sidewalks. Following a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we created a comprehensive plan to lift and level the uneven concrete slabs with our PolyLevel solution. After reviewing this plan with the HOA, our team began injecting the Polylevel directly beneath the settled slabs, lifting them back to their proper level and removing the trip hazard. Now the members of this community can safely use their concrete sidewalks without the fear of injury, as the trip hazards have now been permanently removed.
Kathy and Makaela S. had been dealing with moisture issues in the back patio of their Auburndale, Florida home. Once they started noticing mold growing near the baseboards, they called LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE conducted a thorough inspection of the property and noticed settlement damage and washed-out soils were the main causes of the moisture intrusion. Our team got to work on a solution to fix the problems and protect the foundation permanently by custom-designing a drainage system using an EZ-Flow French drain and sump pump installation. The French drain is a popular option to divert the flow of pooling water away from the foundation, and the sump pump works to collect and pump water out into the yard where it belongs. The whole system is buried underground leaving the homeowner happy with the drainage solution they were looking for.
Scott S. from Lake Alfred, FL, had been battling a trip hazard that had developed in his home's driveway. He reached out to LRE for help. An appointment was scheduled with one of LRE's expert Design Specialists to assess the driveway. During the inspection, the specialist discovered that soil settlement had caused sections of the concrete slabs to shift, leading to unlevel concrete. The specialist recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System, which includes PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken slabs, and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, preventing further separation and water seepage. After implementing the system, the team successfully restored the level of the driveway and sealed all the cracks, which provided a permanent solution to eliminate the trip hazard.
This driveway in Oldsmar, Florida, had become a safety hazard due to uneven slabs, making it both dangerous and unsightly. Our team at LRE Foundation Repair inspected the area and found that shifting soil was causing the problem. We used our PolyLevel process to lift and level the driveway, making it smooth and safe again. The homeowners were very pleased with the results, as their driveway now looks great and will stay stable for years to come.
Don F. from Oldsmar, Florida, noticed that the concrete walkway leading up to his home's front porch had become uneven and posed a trip hazard. He also noticed that cracks had developed in the concrete slabs. Don reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to find out how he could save the concrete from getting worse. One of LRE's Design Specialists conducted a thorough inspection and determined that soil settlement had caused the concrete slabs to sink and crack. To address this issue, the specialist recommended the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to repair Don's concrete. This solution included PolyLevel injection to restore the slabs to their proper level and NexusPro to seal the cracks and control joints, preventing further damage and water intrusion. After the homeowner approved the plan, LRE implemented the recommended solutions. They ensured that Don's walkway was even and sealed, removing the trip hazard and permanently stabilizing his home's walkway.
