After his crawl space flooded following heavy rainstorms, Leonel from Tampa, Florida, realized he needed a lasting solution to protect the space from moisture damage and ultimately safeguard his home's foundation. He contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help, and we promptly sent one of our Design Specialists to conduct a full inspection and craft a tailored solution. Our specialist quickly identified that the crawl space lacked both a moisture protection system and proper drainage to remove standing water. To address these concerns, we proposed installing our CleanSpace™ Crawl Space Encapsulation System alongside an exterior drainage system to fully protect the space. With Leonel’s approval, our team carefully sealed the entire crawl space using the CleanSpace moisture barrier and implemented an efficient drainage system to prevent future flooding. Leonel was very pleased with our work and now feels confident that his home’s crawl space is equipped to handle Florida’s heavy rainstorms.
In Tampa, Florida, the owners of an orthopedic hospital reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to inspect a problematic tripping hazard that had formed in one of their concrete sidewalks. Upon closer examination by our Design Specialist, it was discovered that two adjacent slabs had shifted, becoming unlevel with each other and creating the tripping hazard. Our production team stepped in and utilized our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully level and stabilize the sidewalk. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Next, the joint between the slabs was filled with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and protect against soil erosion beneath the concrete. The hospital's concrete sidewalk is now fully leveled and stabilized, eliminating the tripping hazard and ensuring a safer environment for both employees and patients.
Susan had noticed small cracks in the interior walls of her Tampa, Florida, home and reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a full-home inspection. One of our Design Specialists inspected the crawl space below the home and discovered that the floor joists lacked sufficient support from the original block piers, resulting in the interior walls cracking. To address this issue, our production team installed SmartJacks in the crawl space to ensure enhanced support for the home's floor joists. Now, Susan can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that her home is fortified with permanent stability.
After hurricanes Helene and Milton had caused flooding in Jim’s crawl space at his home in Tampa, Florida, he knew he needed a solution to keep the area protected from moisture damage. He reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance and we quickly scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. Upon conducting the inspection, our specialist informed Jim that his crawl space could be fully protected with the CleanSpace™ Crawl Space Encapsulation System. A plan was created to implement this comprehensive solution, and with Jim’s approval, our team carefully began installing the CleanSpace system, effectively sealing the entire crawl space with a waterproof moisture barrier. Along with a specialized dehumidifier, this vapor barrier will keep the crawl space clean and dry all year round. Upon completion, Jim was overjoyed with the results of our team’s work, and can now feel assured that his home’s foundation is protected against moisture damage.
