In St. Petersburg, Florida, Nancy reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance in protecting her home’s crawl space from moisture damage caused by heavy rainstorms. Recent hurricanes had led to significant flooding and damage, prompting her to seek a long-term solution.
After conducting a thorough inspection, one of our expert Design Specialists recommended the CleanSpace™ Crawl Space Encapsulation System to provide efficient, year-round protection from moisture. With Nancy’s approval, our team got to work, sealing the entire crawl space with the CleanSpace moisture barrier to ensure it would be well-protected against future issues.
Now, Nancy can enjoy peace of mind knowing her home is ready to withstand even the heaviest rainstorms.
After Hurricane Helene’s heavy rainfall and flooding caused significant soil erosion, Joseph’s concrete front patio in St. Petersburg, Florida, sank several inches. Looking for a reliable solution, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help. Our Design Specialist conducted a full home inspection and recommended injecting polylevel beneath the patio to fill the voids created by the eroded soil and lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. With Joseph’s approval, our team injected the PolyLevel solution, successfully restoring the patio to its original position. Now, Joseph can rest easy knowing his patio is permanently stabilized and won’t sink any further.
A section of Susan’s concrete walkway in Lithia, Florida, had settled into the ground, becoming uneven with the adjacent slabs and creating a notable tripping hazard. She needed to get this issue fixed before anybody could get hurt, so she called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection. Our Design Specialist visited Susan’s home and after examining the concrete, they recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection system to fully repair the walkway. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs to lift them to their original level and create an even, smooth surface. Next, the joints separating each slab were filled with NexusPro to prevent them from cracking and allowing water to intrude underneath the concrete. Following the completion of the work, Susan was delighted to see the trip hazards were completely removed, and her walkway was now level and permanently stabilized.
The concrete slab on the side of Valrie’s home in Indian Lakes Estates, Florida, which supports her AC unit and pool pump, had developed a major crack down the center, causing the surface to become uneven. She knew she had to get the concrete fixed before any damage could be sustained to the unit or pump, so she contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair for help. One of our expert design specialists visited Varlie’s home and conducted a full inspection of the driveway. Upon pinpointing erosion of the underlying soil as the cause for the slab to crack and sink, our specialist created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair the concrete. First, our team leveled the concrete and stabilized the underlying soil with our PolyLevel solution. Next, they sealed the crack with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the concrete and causing further erosion. Valrie was very pleased with the results and can rest assured knowing that the surface her AC unit and pool pump sit on is permanently leveled and stabilized.
Patricia, a member of a condominium association in Sun City Center, Florida, reported to LRE Foundation Repair that cracks had developed throughout the walls of one of the property’s two-unit buildings. One of our expert Design Specialists conducted a thorough inspection and discovered that the underlying soil had settled significantly, leading to instability in the building's foundation.
To address this issue, we developed a comprehensive plan to lift and stabilize the settling foundation using our helical pier system. After presenting this plan to Patricia and the association, our production team carefully installed each pier deep into the soil beneath the building until we reached strong, load-bearing soil. This process successfully transferred the weight of the condominium to the sturdier soils, lifting the foundation back into its proper position and closing the wall cracks.
With the project completed, residents of this condominium can now enjoy peace of mind, knowing their foundation is permanently stabilized.
