Daniele, a homeowner in Jensen Beach, Florida, was preparing to rent out her property and needed to fix the uneven sections of the concrete walkway leading to the front door. She reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair, and our Customer Care team quickly scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists to help provide a solution. Upon close inspection of the walkway, our specialist determined that much of the underlying soil had eroded, causing the concrete to settle and become unlevel. A plan was designed to fully level and stabilize the walkway with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the walkway to lift and level the slabs, as well as stabilize the surrounding soil. Next, the joints and cracks in the walkway were sealed with NexusPro to safeguard against water intrusion and prevent further soil erosion. Upon completion, Daniele’s concrete walkway was not only fully leveled but also permanently protected against future settlement issues, giving her confidence in listing her home for rent.
Chris B. had noticed a large crack in his exterior wall, covered with cultured stone, that was growing bigger. Worried about the potential damage, he called LRE Foundation Repair for help. After inspecting the property in North Port, Florida, LRE found that the foundation had moved due to loose and shifting soils. LRE used the PolyLevel system, which involves injecting an expanding polymer foam under the concrete, to stabilize the soils and lift the side of the home back in place. This affordable, durable, and long-lasting solution helped to close the large gap in the wall. The homeowner was amazed by the end result - the crack in his wall was gone!
Facing a notable trip hazard in the concrete walkway leading to his North Port, Florida home, Robert knew he needed to address the issue before someone could get hurt. After learning about the concrete repair services offered by LRE Foundation Repair, he scheduled a free inspection with an expert Design Specialist. Following a thorough assessment of the walkway, the specialist discovered that soil had washed out from underneath the concrete, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To lift and level the slabs, the LRE team injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete. The walkway has been successfully restored to an even and safe level, alleviating Robert's concerns about potential injuries.
