"We're so excited to be reviving our 100+-year-old cottage. Most of the piers had sunk or were deteriorating, and about half the rim joists were dust. We had a huge pine tree land across the entire length of the house during Hurricane Ian at over 135 mph. It cracked my entire foundation. We had 3 companies come out and give us estimates, and hands down - from my initial call to LRE, my free estimate appointment with Stephen (the design specialist), all my follow up calls with Cassidy, (the account manager), as well as the technicians that came out for the repair - this company was superior to the other companies we had contacted. Everyone we dealt with at this company has been professional and answered our many questions and concerns. Being in sales and customer service myself for over 40 years, it's very hard to find a company that I would personally recommend. Never having had this scope of sinkhole repair work done on my house before, I can't compare LRE Foundation Repair' employees with workers from other companies, but after the job they did, if I had to go through it again, I would request the very same LRE crew. They were all good workers - and supervisors. They were particularly effective and seemed to know their jobs and went about their jobs very efficiently and effectively.
