Frank B. contacted LRE Foundation Repair after learning about our wide range of concrete services. He specifically wanted to address the cracks in his driveway and have the area resurfaced and re-leveled. LRE conducted a full inspection of his home and noted that the majority of the damage was caused by shifting and washed-out soils as well as the age of the property. LRE immediately addressed all of the homeowner's concerns. Our team first used PolyLevel, an expanding polyurethane foam material, to inject underneath the concrete driveway, which lifted and re-leveled it while permanently stabilizing the area. Next, LRE used NexusPro and DecoShield, two products used together to fix and protect the driveway for years to come. NexusPro is a silicone-based crack sealer, and DecoShield is a tinted protective coating applied to the whole driveway. Once the project was complete, the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome and happy that his driveway looked like new again.
Tim needed to repair the cracks in his driveway before they could spread and grow worse. He invited a Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair to his home in Hernando, Florida to conduct a thorough inspection. After verifying that weak soil underneath the concrete had caused it to settle and crack, the specialist recommended the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. This comprehensive solution includes the application of PolyLevel to level and stabilize the settling concrete slabs, along with NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints and prevent water intrusion. Tim chose this solution, and the LRE team promptly began implementing the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, successfully stabilizing the slabs and sealing the cracks. Tim was thrilled with the work done by the LRE team and felt relieved that his driveway issues were now resolved.
John and Patricia M. have been living in their Beverly Hills, Florida home for several years. Recently, John retired and started noticing tripping hazards around his pool deck. He was concerned that either he or his wife might get injured on the uneven concrete, so he contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. LRE conducted a thorough inspection of the entire home and concluded that age and erosion were the main causes of the shifting deck. They recommended a solution using PolyLevel, which is an expanding polymer foam material. The PolyLevel is injected straight through the concrete deck and flows into the soils beneath it. As the material flows, it expands to fill voids and compact loose soils, lifting areas of the deck back to a level state, achieving exactly what the homeowners were hoping for. Once the job was finished, John and Patricia could rest easy, knowing that their tripping hazards were eliminated and their pool deck was permanently stabilized.
The concrete of Gary's driveway in Beverly Hills, Florida, had developed a significant tripping hazard, raising considerable concerns for him and his wife. They asked LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the driveway to see if anything could be done to fix the issue. An LRE Design Specialist visited their home and immediately noticed the unevenness of the concrete, with one slab significantly settling lower than the other. The LRE team administered the use of PolyLevel to lift and level the settling concrete, bringing the surface to an even, uniform level. Gary and his wife were thrilled to see the tripping hazard eliminated, relieving them of this persistent threat of injury.
Susan in Beverly Hills, Florida, faced a troubling issue with her concrete driveway when small voids had formed in the soil underneath. She reached out to us for assistance with stabilizing the driveway so that she could feel safe walking on it again. Our team went to work filling the voids and leveling the concrete using our PolyLevel solution. Once the slabs were stabilized, NexusPro was used to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete to protect against water intrusion underneath the slabs. The result not only fully addressed Susan's stabilization concerns, but also greatly enhanced her driveway’s curb appeal.
