Anthony W. of Zephyrhills, FL, needed to address a trip hazard on his front porch's concrete walkway. To avoid potential injuries, he contacted LRE Foundation Repair, hoping to find a solution that didn't require complete concrete replacement. An expert LRE Design Specialist conducted a full-home inspection and confirmed that the concrete slabs of the walkway had become uneven due to soil settlement underneath. Our Three-Part Concrete Protection System was recommended to restore the walkway. This system includes PolyLevel to level the concrete, NexusPro to seal cracks and joints, and SealantPro to protect the slabs from flaking and chipping. Anthony was delighted with the results and was relieved that the trip hazard was no longer a threat to him and his family.
The concrete of Debra's driveway in her Zephyrhills, Florida, home had become uneven, showing numerous cracks throughout. Seeking reliable concrete repair services, she called LRE Foundation Repair to schedule a free inspection with an expert Design Specialist. Upon finding many areas around the driveway where soil washout had occurred, the specialist recommended the Three-Part Concrete Protection System to restore the driveway. This system incorporates PolyLevel to lift and level the sunken areas of the driveway, NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, and Sealant Pro to shield the concrete surface from harmful UV rays, moisture, cracking, or discoloration. Following the successful implementation of the Three-Part System by the LRE team, Debra was pleased with the result, as her driveway was restored and safeguarded for many years to come.
The Zephyrhills, Florida branch of the Florida Medical Clinic encountered a dangerous tripping hazard on the concrete sidewalk approaching their facility, prompting them to seek assistance from LRE Foundation Repair. Following a close examination by an LRE Design Specialist, it was discovered that soil erosion had occurred underneath the concrete, causing a section of the sidewalk to settle further into the ground. The LRE team successfully eliminated the trip hazard by injecting the PolyLevel solution underneath the concrete, effectively restoring the sidewalk to a safe, even level. The Florida Medical Clinic can now continue to provide top-quality care for their patients without the concern for their well-being when visiting their facility.
The concrete pad supporting Mark's AC unit at his Merritt Island, Florida, home had slowly sunk into the ground over time, creating a significant trip hazard. He requested LRE Foundation Repair to inspect the concrete, and a Design Specialist identified that soil washout had caused the pad to sink. To lift and level the concrete, as well as stabilize the soil below, the LRE team injected the PolyLevel Solution under the pad. The concrete pad was successfully lifted and leveled, and Mark was delighted to see the trip hazard permanently eliminated.
Rodney M. noticed cracking and settlement to his sidewalk and driveway and had concerns about a foundation problem at his home in Holiday, Florida. He decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to see if there was an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. LRE completed a full home inspection, and through careful ground measurements and testing, determined that large voids and loose soils were causing the heavy weight of the concrete above to sink. LRE designed a solution to solve this problem using PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material injected through small ports in the concrete slabs that expands when in contact with soils, filling voids and strengthening the area. This material even expanded enough to lift the concrete drive close to two inches. Once the project was complete, this homeowner was happy to see his driveway and sidewalk not only lifted back to normal but permanently stabilized as well.
