A section of Jacqueline's concrete walkway leading up to the front door of her home in Palm Coast, Florida, had gradually settled into the ground over time, resulting in a trip hazard between the slab and the porch. After scheduling a free inspection with LRE Foundation Repair, a Design Specialist visited her home to assess the concrete. Upon verifying that soil settlement had caused the concrete walkway to sink, the specialist informed Jacqueline that the concrete could be lifted and leveled back into its original position using PolyLevel. The LRE team injected the PolyLevel solution directly underneath the concrete slab, and within minutes, the walkway was successfully lifted back into its proper place. With the trip hazard now permanently removed, Jacqueline can finally feel relieved from the concern of potential injuries.
In Palm Coast, Florida, Mark was searching for a reliable solution for his damaged concrete driveway, which had developed significant cracks and settled into the ground, creating an uneven surface. Hoping to avoid having to replace the concrete, he called us at LRE Foundation Repair and we quickly scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. Upon careful examination, our specialist determined that soil erosion had caused the concrete to sink and crack. As a complete remedy, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to repair Mark’s driveway. First, our team utilized PolyLevel to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. Next, the cracks were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance the driveway’s appearance. Mark's concrete driveway is now fully leveled and repaired, relieving his concerns about needing a complete concrete replacement.
Hannah from Flagler Beach, Florida, had a section of her concrete driveway break off and sink, creating a severe tripping hazard. In need of a reliable repair solution, she reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. After carefully assessing the damage, our specialist found that a significant amount of soil had eroded beneath the concrete, causing the slab to crack and sink. A plan was developed for our team to use our PolyLevel solution to lift and level the sunken concrete while also stabilizing the underlying soil and filling any voids that had formed. With Hannah’s approval, our team soon stepped in and injected PolyLevel directly beneath the driveway, successfully lifting and leveling the sunken slab. Hannah’s concrete driveway is now fully leveled and stabilized, with the tripping hazard completely eliminated.
When the concrete slab under Robert's shed in Fort McCoy, FL, started to settle, it was more than a cosmetic issue — it was a safety hazard. Robert B. of Ormond Beach, Florida called LRE Foundation Repair after growing concerned about large cracks forming in his pool deck. LRE completed an inspection of the property only to discover large voids had formed underground where armadillos had previously dug their dens. LRE formulated a plan to remedy the unstable soil situation by using PolyLevel injection around the pool deck. PolyLevel is an environmentally safe, expanding polymer material that is injected through small holes drilled in the concrete deck. As the material flows through loose soils, it expands on contact filling voids and creating stable ground. In addition, PolyLevel is able to lift concrete back level again, closing the cracks that concerned this homeowner. Once the project was complete, the homeowner was thrilled that his pool deck was crack-free and level once more.
