Our team at LRE Foundation Repair recently assisted Timothy B. from Clearwater, FL with a tripping hazard caused by his uneven driveway. After conducting a thorough whole home inspection, our Design Specialists found unstable soils to be the root cause of the sinking and unlevel surface. To fix this issue, we used our PolyLevel solution, a fast-expanding polyurethane foam, to fill voids, solidify loose soils, and lift the concrete slabs back to a level position. Not only did we restore Timothy's driveway to its original condition, but we also provided a lasting solution that prevents future soil settling. Now, Timothy and his family can enjoy a hazard-free driveway worry-free!
Looking to fix up the cracked concrete sidewalk in front of his home, John in Clearwater, Florida, asked us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Our team employed our Two-Part Concrete Protection System, consisting of PolyLevel to level the slabs and NexusPro to seal the cracks. This comprehensive solution successfully repaired the concrete and brought permanent stabilization to the sidewalk. John was very pleased with our team’s work and can now rest assured knowing that the sidewalk in front of his home is safe for him and others to use.
Mike’s concrete driveway at his home in Melbourne, Florida, had become a safety issue due to severe tripping hazards, with numerous cracks and uneven areas developing over time. He reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a reliable repair solution and we sent one of our expert Design Specialists to thoroughly inspect the driveway.
Our specialist discovered that the underlying soil had eroded over time due to frequent rainstorms, leading to a lack of stability and causing the concrete to settle and crack. To fully level and stabilize the driveway, our production team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the concrete, creating a smooth and even surface. Now, Mike’s driveway is restored to its proper level, giving him peace of mind knowing that the tripping hazards have been eliminated.
Dan and Diane L. recently moved into their Melbourne, Florida home and immediately wanted their sunken and unlevel driveway repaired. Having experienced a broken bone from a previous trip hazard, these homeowners did not want to endure that again. LRE completed an inspection of the home, noting that buried tree roots were mainly to blame for their broken driveway. LRE was able to lift and re-level the affected areas of the driveway using PolyLevel, a two-part expanding foam material that is injected underneath the concrete slab. This material flows easily through soils, filling voids and expanding to lift the concrete back in place. Once the project was complete, these homeowners were thrilled to have the peace of mind they were looking for and tripping hazards removed.
Mitch from Indialantic, Florida, was preparing to sell his home and needed to repair his concrete pool deck, which had suffered significant damage. The surface displayed numerous cracks, and uneven sections posed serious tripping hazards. After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free inspection, one of our expert Design Specialists visited Mitch’s home. During the inspection, they identified soil settlement as the cause of instability for the pool deck, which had led to it sinking and cracking.
Our production team promptly implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair the pool deck. First, our team injected our PolyLevel solution directly beneath the concrete slabs to lift, level, and stabilize the sections that had sunk. Next, the cracks were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from intruding beneath the concrete while also enhancing the pool deck’s overall appearance. Now, Mitch can confidently list his home for sale, knowing that the concrete pool deck is fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
