Larry Y. from Seminole, FL, contacted LRE Foundation Repair about a sunken concrete slab that posed a trip hazard leading to his front porch. After conducting a thorough home inspection, our Design Specialist determined that soil settlement was causing the issue. The homeowner decided to go for our two-part concrete solution to address the problem. We used Polylevel to level the concrete slab and applied NexusPro to the control joints. As a result, Larry's walkway is now restored and protected, ensuring that there is no more trip hazard.
After noticing a section of his concrete driveway had sunk, Joseph from Seminole, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. We sent one of our expert Design Specialists, who discovered that significant soil settlement had caused the driveway to sink and become uneven. After consulting with Joseph, our team quickly injected PolyLevel beneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the slabs. Joseph’s driveway is now restored to its proper level, resolving any concerns about its stability.
Edward in Pinellas Park, Florida, contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair with a concerning issue with his concrete driveway. The slabs positioned above a culvert pipe had broken off and settled onto the pipe itself, creating a major dip and tripping hazard in the driveway, while also crushing the pipe. One of our Design Specialists visited Edward’s home and discovered a significant amount of soil had washed out from beneath the driveway, creating a void that caused the slabs to lose their support and sink in the process. Our production team used PolyLevel by injecting the two-part polymer foam directly underneath the concrete slabs to fill the void and level the slabs. The concrete slabs are now back to their proper, even level, and the void below is completely filled, providing Edward with the peace of mind that his concrete driveway is now permanently stabilized.
A major tripping hazard developed in the concrete walkway leading to Erik’s home in Bartow, Florida, when one of the slabs sank significantly into the ground, creating an uneven surface. Wanting to find a reliable solution and prevent potential injuries, Erik contacted LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free appointment with one of our Design Specialists. After a thorough inspection, our specialist determined that soil erosion had caused the walkway to settle. Our team then used PolyLevel to lift and level the slab by injecting it directly beneath the concrete. Erik’s walkway is now fully restored to its proper level, eliminating any risk of injury.
