A homeowner in Tampa, Florida was experiencing a number of foundation issues due to the conditions underneath their home. The findings showed evidence of water intrusion in the crawlspace, rotten wood, and failing beams causing sagging floors in the home. LRE’s trained technicians were able to access the affected area and remediate the problems by installing a number of products. First, LRE installed their specially patented SmartJack system to support and stabilize the floor joists, as well as lift and re-level the floors. LRE also replaced the rotted girder beams and finished off the project by installing their CleanSpace Encapsulation system to control moisture, airflow, and keep out pests and insects as well as ground contamination.  Once the project was complete, the homeowner was ecstatic with their new crawlspace area.
