Starting off with Robert, the sales rep who came out, he was very professional and informative. He took his time answering all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. LRE scheduled in a timely fashion and went over what we would need to do prior to the project; which wasn’t much. Then, we had the pleasure of Trace being our foreman for the project. Trace started each day with a courtesy call to let us know him and his team were on the way, he walked through what they were going to do, and followed up at the end of each day with progress photos and explanations. He and his team were very professional and took great care of our house leaving nothing behind but a sturdy foundation. Once completed, Trace waited for me to get home so that he could give me a tour of everything they had done and answered all of my questions.
