I'm not sure where to begin... Let's start at the end where we give LRE an A++ for their work, professionalism and job cleanliness. I was in need of a few helical piers around a 1970's-built home where soil had loosened up. Getting new windows so I didn't want future problems. These gentleman KNOW exactly what they're doing! From Crew Chief Richard to the fabulous duo, Justin and Matt, they executed the project better than a surgical team at your nearest hospital. My husband and I noticed some vertical cracks on the outside stucco of our home. We just wanted to check and make sure they were normal, so we called LRE after reading Google reviews and BBB, both of which has great ratings. Tyler Harman came out today to assess the situation. We were pleased with everything! First, he texted us in advance of his arrival time and showed up promptly. Having 15 years in the business, 10 of them with LRE, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He advised we add gutters on the sides of our house since not having them were the cause of the cracks. There was no sign of any sinkhole issues or problems at all and he even went as far to draw a schematic of where to put the gutters. Even though we consider ourselves savvy consumers, we have no knowledge of house settling issues but Tyler could have used scare tactics to get his company to perform work we don't need. In this day, finding a reputable company with professional people who are honest is hard to find. We are so pleased LRE is one of them and if Tyler is representative of the company, we feel you would be in good hands to have LRE come out and assess any foundation issues. 

LRE was on top of everything. They showed up on time and everyone was polite and professional. The crew explained what they were going to do and showed up with heavy-duty tools and materials to stabilize my foundation. I was relieved when I saw what they were using to fix my home and realized the problem was going to be fixed with expertise. Hats off to Justin and his crew for carefully leaving my property clean and orderly. 

I initially contacted LRE based on the amount of positive Google reviews and I'm glad that I did. After my first call in, Kurt arrived on time, was straightforward, gave me his honest opinion on the best type of repairs based on my needs and gave me three different budget options to choose from. They were also affordable considering it's 2023 and we are in a recession. Cindy at the office even called me to confirm my appointment with the installation crew weeks later. Sergio, Eric and Jose called me the day of installation just to let me know that they were on the way. This crew was very knowledgable, professional, meticulous, and careful not to damage my property. It only took them one day to complete the project and they even watered my grass! Superb job. This company must treat their employees exceptionally well because it shows in the dedication of how everyone handles themselves. Don't hesitate to call LRE if you have any type of concrete issues. You won't be disappointed. 

LRE was amazing! They installed helical piers under a section of my home that was an add on and was settling due to a lack of footers being built in. While I thought the repairs would not be done until March, LRE put me on a call ahead list to try and get me in sooner and meet my time constraints. Well they went above and beyond! They were able to conduct the project practically a month earlier than anticipated, which I was so thankful for. From the very start, they were so professional and communicative. Zac initially came to evaluate the situation and took the time to educate me on the real issue. Michael, Cory and BJ conducted the project and I loved them. They were prompt, friendly and explained each step of the process to me. They left my house in much better condition than before… that’s for sure! I highly recommend LRE for any foundation repairs you may need and these individuals in particular were a pleasure to work with. They are clearly an honest and reliable company, which is evident from their success.

Both crew leaders and teams did a great job reassuring me and explaining the planned work approach and answered my many questions about the process. Both crew leaders asked me questions ensuring I was pleased. Both teams were very professional and respectful. I enjoyed working with both teams.

We have only praise and thanks to the wonderful team of gentlemen who worked on our Dunedin/Clearwater Elks Lodge. They were very professional and worked very well together. Each one knew their job and worked like a well oiled machine. Richard was a great supervisor. The first day Glenn and Richard assessed the job, contacted the fire sprinkler company and the fire department. Then coordinated time lines and went to work. Everything was cleaned beyond expectations. Justin was incredibly communicative about the project throughout its entirety. Shane was also very quick to respond and if he didn't know he'd asked Justin to ensure I got the answers to my questions. As an additional comment, I just want to say Justin and Shane were exceptional; I truly appreciated their patience, explanation, and work ethic.

This was my second time using LRE Foundation Repair. I used them 5 years ago. My crew supervisor, Fed Francois, was informative and very professional. He walked us through the project step-by-step. The job was completed in 2 days as promised. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do they will be the first company I call.

I would like to thank LRE for a great job. I had some doors that wouldn't close properly and now they do. Your techs were great and did an excellent job. The job went very quickly once the city of Tampa issued the permit and the tree people got finished, it got done in a flash. Thanks again for a great job!

LRE Foundation delivered, from start to finish! From Robert, my salesman to the office Kristina and Fay, and the whole crew that completed the job in this Florida heat! My crew leader, Rick, did an outstanding job managing his crew and also ensured that the job was completed on time. His crew, Antonio, Henry and Chuck were very professional, courteous and such hard workers. They all busted their tails to get the job completed and we've had some really heavy rains this summer. Since our deco drain was installed, it's been been working perfectly! I haven't seen any puddling of water - drain is working great. The crew also did a great job cleaning up before they left. We want to thank LRE for helping us with our drainage problems and highly recommend this company for your drainage needs.

I have an older home in an historic area in Tampa that had sagging floors and needed a fair amount of foundation repair work. Needless to say, I wanted it done properly, so, I decided to get 5 companies in to quote. After receiving all the quotes and planned proposals for repairing the foundations, there was no doubt in my mind that LRE Foundation Repair was by far the best company for me to go with, for several reasons. Before they came out to access and quote, LRE mailed me an 81 page booklet on foundation problems and repairs - published by an independent company - Foundation Supportworks. This gave me a good understanding of different foundation problems and why they happen, including sagging floors - and the best way to go about fixing them. There was also great information on various jacks and piers and when to use what etc. which was invaluable to me when looking at what the other companies had proposed. The Design Specialist LRE sent out to access the situation and to give a proposed plan and quote was someone who had years of experience doing the actual work. This guy was Zac Spardello. His professionalism and customer service goes beyond the expected. He took photos, liasoned with their engineering dept before he came up with a definite planned proposal and quote. Zac took time explaining to me what was wrong and had images of everything including problem areas, and how and why they proposed fixing it in certain ways, along with the with the information I had gained from the booklet. When I compared his proposed plan to the others, it was clear that he really knew what he was talking about. Other companies had in some cases sent out Estimators who clearly had never done the actual work and it showed as they had given very generalized solutions, when I compared plans. LRE was the only co who had a combination of replacing areas of old wood plus adding additional wood as well as jacks and metal beams, along with repairing/ replacing 4 brick block columns, and redoing the subfloor in certain areas. Some companies proposed only adding wood, others only metal, and this combination of materials that LRE proposed seemed to cover all basis. Permits. LRE was ready to go with permits within about a month, and they gave me a definite starting date within days. I was told by most other companies I'd have to wait at least 6 weeks to get the permits, and one company said they didn't need it as their solution only required jacks. Which is probably fine in some instances but in this case where I knew a fair amount of work was needed, I felt better about having permits. With LRE, everything was done to code and with engineering reports. LRE also offers a 25-year guarantee which is transferable to the new owner if the house is ever sold. They also offered a 5% discount if I signed with a certain time frame. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, all adding up to why I chose them. In conclusion, the work was done on time and the results were even better than I expected. I was not in Tampa during this time, I was kept in the loop with updates by phone and photos. A big thank you to Zac for all his help and support, as well as Tavian the foreman, and his team who did all the work. An added bonus is that a few weeks later I got a call from a co that was going to spray the soil under the house which would take care of any termites as the soil had been disrupted with the foundation work, which was all paid for by LRE as part of their repair package.

After getting quotes from three different companies, I chose LRE Foundation Repair. My experience with LRE started before the initial consult, when they sent out a brochure explaining their company and the services they provide. Brandon was our sales rep. He listened to us describe our our issues, and took measurements of the entire house to determine if and how much settling had occurred. After several minutes developing a recommendation, he suggested we install piers and a French drain. The price was fair so we signed a contract that day. The piers were installed first, and the French drains were scheduled for a later date. The installation crew was led by Cheyenne and consisted of Cole H, Chris S, and Micah. The team did an excellent job of explaining what the process was and answering all of our questions. The job was completed in a day and the job site was left immaculate. I was even surprised that night to receive a call from Cheyenne following up to see if we had any additional concerns and ensure we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend doing business with LRE.

There's no better help and healing than angels when you've got a dire need and are at your weakest. I'm a homeowner that typically does not leave reviews, however, this talented, devoted, caring, and kind group of people is heaven sent. They had the fastest response to my foundation fears (other companies initial response to my first call lagged on for days); prompt and professional across the board! I know you might be experiencing a problem with your house and it's scary, but WHATEVER it is, this company is your answer. I'd swear on my life. I've never had people or businesses more interested in helping when I wasn't sure where to turn. The workmanship and the staff there are all so involved, communicative with you, intelligent, personable, and so very professional and proud to be a part of that company. I heard men singing while physically working on very dirty Florida hot temperature jobs, just enjoying the fact they were helping!
