Following several tripping incidents on their damaged concrete sidewalk, members of a church in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for a dependable repair solution. We sent one of our expert Design Specialists to thoroughly inspect the sidewalk and identified instability in the underlying soil as the cause of the concrete settling and cracking. To address the issue and eliminate the tripping hazards, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the sidewalk to lift and level the concrete slabs. Next, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete and to enhance the sidewalk’s curb appeal. Thanks to our team's efforts, the church members can now enjoy a fully leveled and stabilized sidewalk, free from the previous tripping hazards.
Homeowners located in Eustis, Florida contacted LRE seeking repairs on their newly purchased home. This home had an addition that had been abandoned for 40 years and the new homeowners were looking to restore the integrity of the home. LRE installed five helical piers around the perimeter of the slab to lift and permanently stabilize the slab which had settled significantly over time.

John's concrete patio in the backyard of his Eustis, Florida, home had significantly sunk into the soil, leaving a noticeable gap between the patio surface and the attached support columns. Planning to add a pool in the future, John wanted to ensure his patio's concrete was properly leveled and stabilized in preparation for the installation. John asked LRE Foundation Repair to conduct an inspection of his patio, and upon close assessment by our Design Specialists, we confirmed that soil settlement had caused the patio to sink. Our team utilized PolyLevel to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the concrete by injecting it directly beneath the patio.
