In North Port, Florida, a section of Vasyl’s concrete driveway had settled so drastically that the slabs became dangerously uneven, creating serious tripping hazards. After reaching out to LRE Foundation Repair, one of our expert Design Specialists conducted a thorough inspection of the concrete. Upon confirming that soil erosion was the cause for the concrete to settle, our team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully level and stabilize the affected area.
First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the slabs to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete while filling any underlying voids. Then, we sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro to block water infiltration and prevent future soil erosion beneath the surface.
Vasyl was thrilled with the results and now enjoys a smooth, safe driveway—knowing it’s permanently stabilized and worry-free.

Linda can now have peace of mind knowing that the trip hazard has been permanently eliminated and stabilized, ensuring the safety of her and her family.
Aran and Leann C. were growing tired of having to continuously patch and paint over cracks on their Gainesville, Florida home. Looking for a permanent solution before repainting their house, they decided to give us a call. Upon inspection, our specialist determined that the expansive clay soils under the home were causing too much movement and ultimately, settlement damage. A customized solution was designed using helical piers. Our team was able to successfully transfer the weight of the home to the helical piers, prompting those stairstep cracks to close, while leaving the home permanently stabilized. Once complete, Aran and Leann were happy to hear their problem had been solved for good - now they can finally repaint their family home.
James from Gainesville, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help in eliminating a troublesome trip hazard that had formed in the concrete walkway leading to his home. We dispatched one of our expert Design Specialists to assess the situation, and after a thorough inspection, the specialist determined that unstable soil beneath the concrete had caused the slabs to shift and become uneven. Our team successfully repaired the concrete walkway and removed the trip hazard by utilizing our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the walkway to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete slabs. Next, the joints between the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the concrete, protecting the underlying soil from erosion. Now, James's concrete walkway is fully leveled and permanently stabilized, providing a safe and smooth surface free of trip hazards.
