PolyLevel is an environmentally safe, expanding polymer material that is injected through small holes drilled in the concrete deck. The plan also involved connecting the gutter downspouts directly to the underground drainage system to prevent the water from dispersing around the foundation. The water collected by the French drains and downspouts would then be diverted out to a pop-up relief drain away from the property through an underground drainage pipe. Once Jeff approved the plan, our team installed the system, carefully concealing it below the surface. Now, with this enhanced drainage system in place, Jeff can be confident that his home is better protected from potential flood damage.
