LRE handled our drainage and foundation repair. From the first on-site assessment, to dealing with the office, and then the foundation repair itself, LRE has been professional and provided quality service! Craig and Chad worked neatly and quickly to complete the stabilization. The drainage improvements are coming next week and I have every expectation we will be satisfied with LRE. I'd recommend LRE for either of these services. 

The crew was phenomenal. Everything was cleaned up. We stayed with them all the time. The team leader took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained all he was doing. His helper was sweet and very nice. They both helped us understand the process. It was a wonderful experience with two professionals and very nice persons. 

It is with great pleasure we write this testimonial for LRE My husband and I went through a few companies that actually call themselves "contractors" who took our money and left us with more problems than we started with. Then came along LRE to level our sunroom floor and fill in our pool. We are so very grateful at the expertise of this company that we wanted to thank them in this letter; salesman Tyler Harmen, foremen Tom Watson, Sub foremen Donavon Dokupol, workmen, Scot Higgins, Ryan Bourgoin and all the many men who worked here on our project that we never got to meet personally but where here working hard and always had time to greet us and answer questions. I had water coming up through the floor from standing rain at my house. I had quotes for $20k and above to "fix" the problem from other competitors using concrete injections, or other similar methods. This company [LRE] actually fixed the slab leak issue and put in drainage to keep the water away from my house. It's more than I wanted to spend, but they did an amazing job and it looks great. You can tell they know what they are doing. There's no more musty smell in the house from water sitting there anymore.

Chad was very thorough and explained what he and Kelvin would be doing and what to do afterwards. The cleanup was great. Everything was cleaned up and no more separation in my concrete. Zach was such a personable representative of your company. Everyone kept me informed about what was going to happen. 

We previously had work done by another foundation company. Zac came out and inspected the work previously completed and saw how poorly they had done everything. Zac was very patient and helpful as we worked to get a refund from the other company. Without Zac's pictures and video of the installation of jacks, we would have never known what the other company did and wouldn't have had the proof to get our money back. That set up a trust with your company, which was further established by the team that came out here. Trace, Josh, and James who delivered what was promised.

We were quoted on this project by Frank who did an outstanding job of inspecting our house and explaining options. We also got quotes from another company and LRE not only beat their price, but their approach was a much more comprehensive solution. The office was helpful and efficient and scheduling happened without a hitch. Trace and his crew were terrific. They showed up on time, communicated with us, took the time to explain what they were doing and how it worked. They were courteous and organized and they kept a clean and tidy job site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this crew and their leader, Trace. We were very satisfied with the results and offer our thanks for a job well done!

I would recommend this company and its people in a heartbeat. From the appraisal to the finished job, they were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. A large piece of my driveway had sunk about 6". and the crew that performed the work was lead by Brad. Brad was meticulous to detail, worked hard and made it his business to get it right. In my book they went above and beyond my expectations. I also had the driveway raised and leveled, and cracks sealed. I think this repair was money well spent.

My experience with LRE, specifically Brian P. was fantastic! Having previous foundation issues at my home repaired by a now out-of-business company, I was going to do more work when a contractor suggested we get the house looked at again after finding indications it may be sinking.  Our stress levels peaked worrying about the now nullified warranty, so I contacted LRE. Brian arrived on time and walked through the house with me. He listened to all of my concerns about the work that had been done previously. With his assessment, he tole me the home was in great shape and the indications pointed out by my contractor were more than likely from before the previous work on the home occurred. Brian put me at ease and showed the honesty of this company. They wouldn’t attempt to just sell a job to someone who did not need it. I can’t express how at ease I felt and how educated I was on the work completed on my home. Although I did not have work completed by LRE, if anyone ever asked for my recommendation, this would be THE company. I feel they are honest, knowledgeable, and a long-term business.

Mike and his team from LRE were amazing. They made sure that everything that was supposed to be done was done and that the project would make the floor more stable for many years to come. If I have anymore foundation issues in the future I hope Mike is still at LRE and I will be requesting him for the job.

Everything went very smoothly. Chris and his crew were great. Everything was thoroughly explained and the yard was spotless when they were finished. Zac was very knowledgeable and personable. He noticed an additional crack on the other side of our addition that the inspector from another company did not.

I couldn't be happier with the job or the crew. Andy, Sergio, and Jose were truly amazing. They were super friendly and answered all of our questions in detail. The area was cleaned up and we were walked through the job during the process and upon completion. I can honestly say that this crew was one of the best I have ever dealt with from ANY company (and I've dealt with a lot, hah!) We will have no issue referring LRE and appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy given to us over the entire process. Justin was mostly the reason we went with LRE. We both feel like he was honest and forthcoming and didn't pressure us with scare tactics. Just the facts and we appreciate that!

Justin Dow at LRE Foundation Repair came to take a look at our foundation in Oviedo. It had been disrupted by oak tree roots. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful. They did a very good job all around. The crew leader kept us informed during the work and showed us all they had done when the job was completed. They offered us overalls if we wanted to check everything first hand and provided photos. He also answered any and all questions we had before, during and after the project work. We were extremely happy with every aspect of LRE's performance and would recommend them to anyone needing work done in their areas of expertise. 

We had LRE come out and give us a quote on a standing water/drainage problem at our new home. Protecting the foundation was paramount for us. The quote was detailed and seemed proficient. Day(s) of, the crew was on time both mornings and on day one, asked my opinion on what the pre-drawn plans called for. They installed a modified French drainage system, incorporating two downspouts that were the main problem of standing water when we had significant rain. They were very professional, and pleasant and worked their butts off, hand digging with precision into, not typical Florida sand, but a mixture of black dirt and clay. When completed, it looks awesome. The tie-ins into the downspouts look secure, and clearly professionally done. The rock section where the water will percolate out is awesome. They replaced our sod afterward and even watered it. You wouldn't even know the system is there if I didn't tell you. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!
