We were very hesitant to begin the repairs after the initial shock of learning we had two sinkhole anomalies on our property causing ground shifting and damages to our home. LRE calmed our fears and anxiety. From the initial visit, all the way to each crew, we can't tell you enough what a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable sinkhole repair business you LRE Foundation Repair is. The job went as planned and there were no surprises. The workers came together in a few vehicles as possible, professionally dressed, and conducted themselves in a very professional yet approachable manner. They bent over backwards to make sure no neighbors' property or the street was inaccessible to the neighbors as well. We did not sustain any damages to surrounding structures and you even were able to salvage as much landscaping as possible. All questions asked during the process were answered appropriately and in a timely fashion. The crews set up their equipment daily and took everything away at the end of each day. Their cleanliness is above reproach. The crews put 100% attention to the job at hand everyday they were here. It was unfortunate the crews had to endure 30 degrees or lower temperatures, on some days, but that didn't stop their forward progress. I had to make them stop and warm up a few times being the mother hen that I am. We were so satisfied with LRE Foundation Repair and do not want you to ever hesitate to offer or phone number to prospective clients so we can answer questions they may have from the homeowners' point of view. The crew professionally took care of my soil erosion problem and represented your company very well. There was no trace of their visit present afterwards. They demonstrated the importance of having done many similar jobs and in taking care of my issues. I very much appreciate the experience and capability LRE brought to bear with my soil erosion issues and am happy with the results. 

We had a problem with rain water collecting in the corner of the pool deck, which seeped into the Florida room. We called several contractors and none of them were able to offer a solution. We saw an ad on Facebook for LRE and thought we would give them a call. Rick came out and looked over the area. He knew right away what needed to be done. He said they could install an exterior drain and pitch the cement in a way the water would drain away from the Florida room. We received a quote and went ahead and scheduled the work for a Thursday. Rick called and said they could come Tuesday if we were available and this worked out for us. On Tuesday, Rick and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. Aside from them taking a much needed lunch break, they worked the entire time and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up any signs of mess and left the site in perfect condition. The drain is exactly what was needed and we no longer need to worry about the heavy rainy season. I can't thank Rick or LRE enough. I'm so pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

I really enjoyed working with LRE! From the first consultation, all through the job clean up, they team was very professional and took pride in their work. We needed to have our crawlspace treated and checked out a lot of companies that just poked their head into the space and gave me a very large estimate. At your company, Brian arrived on time and immediately went to work, spending time reviewing every corner of our crawlspace. After that, he measured our floors to determine heights and sagging areas. In less than a day, he prepared an impressive report with various approaches and options. Once we scheduled the job, Trace, our supervisor, and his team arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation about the work, what to expect in the future, and answered my MANY questions with patience. They knocked out the job in the estimated time and then let me come review their work before cleaning up. It was clear they took pride in what they did and were eager to have me give it a lookover. After having such a hard time finding support for such difficult work, I was incredibly grateful to find LRE.

They worked quietly and efficiently, everyone knowing their job and how to do it well. The paver installation was a site to behold ... there were five men, all working like a well oiled machine, delivering and laying the pavers with speed, care, and precision. When they left on the last day, it looked as if there was no construction activity at all, and a new beautiful paver driveway had just miraculously appeared where our old unsightly concrete driveway had been. We were having problems with the ground by our seawall eroding away. We already had prior work on it by a seawall repair company and it just kept getting worse. We decided to go another route and gave LRE a try. LRE was extremely easy to work with. Our crew leader, Justin, called when they were on their way and arrived on time. He and his assistant, Shane, were very polite and asked us throughout the day if we had any questions. Justin was good about explaining the process. The noseeums were out in full-force and they worked through all the bug bites. They cleaned everything up when they were done and we couldn't even tell that they had been there at all. We are hopeful they fixed our issue and we won't have any more going forward. We would highly recommend LRE, and Justine and Shane.

The person that came out to do the estimate, Judd Hagler, came out earlier than they typically start work to do my estimate on the 5th of July. I was impressed by that. The two guys that came here to do the work on July 14, Chis and Chad, also showed up early. They are proficient, informative, and answered any question I asked while working. Judd earned my business by arriving early, Chris and Chad arrived early and earned any future business I may have. I’d recommend them to anybody that asks.
