Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A section of Fred's concrete driveway at his home in Ocala, Florida, had experienced significant settlement damage, causing cracks and areas where the concrete had sunk. Upon careful inspection, our specialist recommended using PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the settling concrete. Our team injected the PolyLevel solution beneath the driveway, effectively leveling the surface. Fred’s driveway is now restored to an even, safe level and supported with long-term stabilization.

Ann’s concrete walkway leading up to her home’s front door in Ocala, Florida, had gradually become uneven over time, creating significant trip hazards that needed to be addressed. First, PolyLevel was injected directly under the concrete to lift and level the slabs. Next, our team sealed the joints with NexusPro to safeguard against water intrusion and enhance curb appeal. David W. called LRE concerned after noticing his front porch sinking and cracks growing larger quickly.  LRE completed a full inspection of David's house located in Port Orange, FL, and determined that animal borings had significantly compromised the soil beneath his porch. To remedy David's issues, our team injected PolyLevel underneath the patio slab to strengthen and stabilize the soil. PolyLevel is a highly expandable foam material injected through very small drill holes in the concrete. As the material flows and mixes with the soil, it expands to fill all voids and starts to lift the concrete back into place. After this porch was treated, this homeowner could rest easy knowing his porch was stabilized and even, leaving only the Florida pests to deal with.

Following a thorough inspection by one of our expert Design Specialists, it was discovered that significant soil erosion beneath the walkway had caused the slabs to settle. A plan was devised to fully level and stabilize the uneven slabs with our PolyLevel solution.
