Mitch from Indialantic, Florida, was preparing to sell his home and needed to repair his concrete pool deck, which had suffered significant damage. The surface displayed numerous cracks, and uneven sections posed serious tripping hazards. After reaching out to us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free inspection, one of our expert Design Specialists visited Mitch’s home. During the inspection, they identified soil settlement as the cause of instability for the pool deck, which had led to it sinking and cracking.
Our production team promptly implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair the pool deck. First, our team injected our PolyLevel solution directly beneath the concrete slabs to lift, level, and stabilize the sections that had sunk. Next, the cracks were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from intruding beneath the concrete while also enhancing the pool deck’s overall appearance. Now, Mitch can confidently list his home for sale, knowing that the concrete pool deck is fully leveled and permanently stabilized.
Dan and Diane L. recently moved into their Melbourne, Florida home and immediately wanted their sunken and unlevel driveway repaired. Having experienced a broken bone from a previous trip hazard, these homeowners did not want to endure that again. LRE completed an inspection of the home, noting that buried tree roots were mainly to blame for their broken driveway. LRE was able to lift and re-level the affected areas of the driveway using PolyLevel, a two-part expanding foam material that is injected underneath the concrete slab. This material flows easily through soils, filling voids and expanding to lift the concrete back in place. Once the project was complete, these homeowners were thrilled to have the peace of mind they were looking for and tripping hazards removed.
Janet's concrete driveway in Minneola, Florida, had become uneven over time, creating several tripping hazards. In addition, numerous cracks had formed across the surface, gradually worsening with time. Hoping to find a reliable repair solution and avoid the expense of replacing the concrete, Janet reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. After scheduling a free appointment, we sent our Design Specialist to her home to inspect her driveway and assess the damage.
Upon close examination, our Design Specialist determined that the underlying soil had become unstable, causing the concrete slabs to settle and crack. We created a plan to completely level, repair, and stabilize the concrete with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. After reviewing this plan with Janet, our team first began lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the cracks and joints in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to prevent further damage and safeguard against water intrusion.
After the successful implementation of the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, Janet’s driveway has been fully restored to its proper, even level and is now permanently stabilized to prevent future settlement damage.

Our production team soon went to work injecting PolyLevel directly underneath the patio’s concrete, successfully lifting it back into place and closing the visible gaps between the slabs and the adjacent walls. Timothy was thrilled with the results and can now feel at ease that his patio is permanently stabilized.
A section of Michael's concrete driveway in Crystal River, Florida, had sunk significantly into the ground, posing a severe tripping hazard for himself and others. He knew he had to get his driveway repaired as soon as possible before someone could get hurt, so he contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. A senior LRE Design Specialist visited Michael’s home to conduct an inspection and discovered that the soil underneath the concrete had eroded, causing the slab to sink. To repair the driveway, the LRE team utilized the Two-Part Concrete Protection System, which includes PolyLevel to permanently lift and level the sunken slab and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, preventing water from intruding below the concrete and causing more soil erosion. After the repairs, Michael was very pleased with the work done by LRE, as his trip hazard concern was eliminated and his driveway now looked refreshed and renewed.
