A significant tripping hazard had developed in Travis’s concrete pool deck at his home in Longwood, Florida, after a section of the concrete settled, resulting in an uneven surface. After calling us at LRE Foundation Repair, we scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists to visit his home to assess the pool deck and offer a solution. The specialist discovered that the back side of the pool deck, which was positioned against the retaining wall, had sunk due to erosion of the underlying soil. To lift and level the concrete while stabilizing the underlying soil, our team injected PolyLevel directly beneath the pool deck. As a result, the trip hazard was completely eliminated, allowing Travis and his family to safely enjoy their concrete pool deck without the fear of potential injury.
Chad’s concrete pool deck at his home in Longwood, Florida, had suffered significant settlement damage, causing multiple slabs to become uneven and create major tripping hazards. Wanting a reliable solution that wouldn’t require replacing the concrete, he turned to LRE Foundation Repair for help.
After a thorough inspection by our Design Specialist, we recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to lift, level, and seal the damaged areas. Chad approved the plan, and our team got to work. First, we injected PolyLevel beneath the pool deck to carefully lift and level the slabs. Then, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro to prevent further damage and protect against water intrusion.
Now, Chad’s pool deck is fully leveled and permanently stabilized, allowing him to enjoy his outdoor space with peace of mind.
Matthew noticed that his concrete patio stairs were gradually sinking over time, creating a significant trip hazard and prompting him to take immediate action to prevent the issue from worsening. A Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair visited Matthew’s home in Longwood, Florida, and conducted a comprehensive inspection of the concrete steps. After confirming that soil settlement was the cause for the steps to sink, the LRE team used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to its proper level. Matthew was delighted with the outcome, as the stairsteps are now stabilized, and the trip hazard is gone for good.
Carrie S. from Apopka, FL, had a trip hazard on her concrete pool deck that needed fixing. To solve the problem, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair, who sent a Design Specialist to examine the pool deck. The specialist concluded that the hazard was caused by loose soil beneath the concrete, which resulted in concrete movement. The specialist then recommended a two-part concrete solution to eliminate the hazard. First, PolyLevel was injected into the concrete to restore the slabs to their proper level. Next, the existing fractures were sealed with NexusPro to prevent them from expanding and to prevent water from seeping underneath the concrete. With these two solutions, Carrie's pool deck was restored, and the trip hazard was eliminated permanently.
Cyndy V. recently purchased a new home in Winter Springs, FL. She noticed that the concrete sidewalk leading to the pool area was uneven, which could pose a serious trip hazard. To address this issue, she reached out to LRE Foundation Repair to learn more about their concrete repair services. An LRE Design Specialist conducted a full home inspection and discovered that the slabs had sunk due to unstable soil. The specialist recommended the use of PolyLevel solution, which is a state-of-the-art polymer foam that is injected underneath the concrete to raise the slabs and permanently prevent any future sinking. The LRE team implemented the PolyLevel solution, which successfully raised the slabs and stabilized the concrete sidewalk leading to Cyndy's pool area. This solution eliminated the trip hazard and restored the sidewalk to its safe and correct level. Cyndy was pleased with LRE's work and relieved that the trip hazard was gone for good.
