Jim E. from Brooksville, Florida had a very large concrete driveway riddled with cracks. Rather than replace the whole driveway, he called LRE Foundation Repair for an alternative solution. LRE determined that washed-out soils and exposure to the elements over the years had caused the common damage Floridians tend to see on their driveways. Luckily, LRE devised a perfect solution to make this driveway look new again without removing and replacing the whole driveway. First, LRE pressure washed the driveway and then applied NexusPro joint sealer to fill all joints and cracks. This product is a silicone-based sealer specially designed for exterior use that can withstand years of exposure to the elements. The next step was applying DecoShield, a translucent, tinted concrete sealer to the whole driveway. These combined products not only gave this driveway a new, clean look but will protect it for years to come, leaving this customer more than pleased with the results.
Tom from Brooksville, Florida, reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair seeking assistance with repairing his concrete driveway, which had developed numerous cracks and become uneven. One of our expert Design Specialists visited Tom’s home to inspect the driveway and found that soil settlement had caused the concrete to sink by about six inches and develop cracks on the surface. A plan was created to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair and stabilize the driveway’s concrete. Our team soon went to work implementing this comprehensive solution by first injecting PolyLevel directly underneath the concrete to level the slabs and stabilize the underlying soil. Next, the cracks and joints in the driveway were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and enhance curb appeal. Upon completion, Tom was delighted to see that his concrete driveway was now fully repaired and permanently stabilized.
LRE Foundation Repair was asked by Tom in Brooksville, Florida, to inspect his concrete driveway after he noticed an increasing number of cracks developing along the surface and sections sinking into the ground. A close examination by one of our Design Specialists revealed that significant soil erosion below the driveway had caused the concrete to sink and crack. To fully repair the concrete, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Using PolyLevel to permanently lift and level the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks, our team successfully repaired the driveway with this comprehensive solution. Now, Tom can rest assured knowing that his concrete driveway is not only repaired but also permanently stabilized.
Robert's concrete pool deck in Winter Park, Florida, had suffered extensive settlement damage, with cracked and sunken sections creating an uneven surface and potential tripping hazards. Seeking a reliable repair solution that would avoid the high cost of a full concrete replacement, Robert contacted LRE Foundation Repair for help.
We sent one of our Design Specialists to inspect the pool deck and assess the damage. The inspection revealed that severe soil erosion had caused voids beneath the concrete, leading to the slabs to crack and sink. To address the issue, our specialist proposed a comprehensive repair plan using our Two-Part Concrete Protection System.
With Robert’s approval, our team first began injecting PolyLevel beneath the slabs to fill the voids and lift the concrete back to its proper level. Next, we applied NexusPro to seal the cracks, preventing water intrusion and further soil erosion.
Once the work was complete, Robert was thrilled with the results. His concrete pool deck was fully restored, level, and supported with long-lasting stabilization, ensuring safety and durability for years to come.
Cynthia in Ocoee, Florida, reached out to LRE Foundation Repair and asked us to inspect her concrete garage floor after noticing a large crack had spread throughout the surface. Following a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists, it was determined that soil settlement had caused the concrete to shift and crack as a result. Our team soon stepped in and repaired the concrete with our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Now, the crack in Cynthia’s garage floor is sealed, and the concrete is fully stabilized and protected against further soil settlement.
