LRE Foundation Repair was asked by Ray in Madeira Beach, Florida, to help repair and stabilize the concrete walkway leading up to the back patio of his home. A Design Specialist first inspected the concrete and found that rainwater had washed out a significant amount of soil underneath the walkway, creating a large void and causing the concrete to settle. The LRE team utilized the Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair and permanently stabilize the concrete. First, PolyLevel was injected underneath the concrete to fill the voids and level the slabs. The next step involved applying NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints of the concrete, preventing any further water intrusion underneath the walkway. Ray’s concrete walkway is now fully repaired and permanently stabilized, with a level surface and protection against future settlement issues.
A section of Susan’s concrete walkway in Lithia, Florida, had settled into the ground, becoming uneven with the adjacent slabs and creating a notable tripping hazard. She needed to get this issue fixed before anybody could get hurt, so she called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection. Our Design Specialist visited Susan’s home and after examining the concrete, they recommended our Two-Part Concrete Protection system to fully repair the walkway. First, our team injected PolyLevel directly underneath the settled slabs to lift them to their original level and create an even, smooth surface. Next, the joints separating each slab were filled with NexusPro to prevent them from cracking and allowing water to intrude underneath the concrete. Following the completion of the work, Susan was delighted to see the trip hazards were completely removed, and her walkway was now level and permanently stabilized.
The concrete slab on the side of Valrie’s home in Indian Lakes Estates, Florida, which supports her AC unit and pool pump, had developed a major crack down the center, causing the surface to become uneven. She knew she had to get the concrete fixed before any damage could be sustained to the unit or pump, so she contacted us at LRE Foundation Repair for help. One of our expert design specialists visited Varlie’s home and conducted a full inspection of the driveway. Upon pinpointing erosion of the underlying soil as the cause for the slab to crack and sink, our specialist created a plan to implement our Two-Part Concrete Protection System to fully repair the concrete. First, our team leveled the concrete and stabilized the underlying soil with our PolyLevel solution. Next, they sealed the crack with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping below the concrete and causing further erosion. Valrie was very pleased with the results and can rest assured knowing that the surface her AC unit and pool pump sit on is permanently leveled and stabilized.

Cindy R.’s pool deck in her Sebastian, FL, home had experienced significant settlement in certain areas of the concrete that posed severe trip hazards. Along with the potential threat of injury, the sinking slabs also allowed water to flood the area when it rained. Interested in our concrete pool deck repair and leveling services, Cindy invited LRE Foundation Repair to come out to her home and inspect the situation. An expert Design Specialist found that unstable soil underneath the pool deck had caused the concrete to sink, creating an uneven surface between the slabs and the perimeter of the pool. The LRE team injected our state-of-the-art PolyLevel Solution into the concrete to permanently stabilize the soil and raise the slabs to a more uniform and safe level. With the trip hazard removed, Cindy and her family can now feel safe and free from the risk of potential injuries.
