Linda from Sebastian, Florida, noticed uneven areas in her concrete driveway, raising concerns about its stability. She contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance, and we scheduled a free inspection with one of our Design Specialists. Upon inspection, our specialist discovered that extensive soil erosion beneath the driveway had created significant voids, compromising the concrete’s stability. To address this, we proposed our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. This approach includes lifting and stabilizing the concrete with PolyLevel, followed by sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro to prevent water intrusion and future soil erosion. With Linda's approval, our team promptly implemented the solution, restoring her driveway to its proper level and ensuring its long-term stability.
Debbie had recently taken a fall after tripping on the unlevel concrete around her home. Debbie contacted LRE in hopes of eliminating the trip hazards after growing concerned that her grandchildren may too take a nasty fall. The soil beneath Debbie's concrete had eroded, causing the concrete to sink. To remedy the settling concrete around Debbies home, LRE injected PolyLevel underneath the slab to lift and level the concrete back to its original position, and permanently stabilize the soil to eliminate this issue from happening again in the future. Debbie no longer has to be concerned that her grandchildren will trip over the unlevel concrete around her home.
Jeff had LRE Foundation Repair come out to his Vero Beach, FL, home to inspect his concrete front porch when he noticed portions of it had begun to settle. The settlement was significant enough to cause the columns sitting on top of the porch to separate from the roof. Utilizing our PolyLevel Solution, the LRE team leveled the concrete porch and successfully closed the gaps between the columns and the roof. Jeff's front porch is now securely leveled and permanently stabilized, guarding against future settling.
