John in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, had noticed an increasing number of cracks in his concrete driveway, and some sections had become uneven. Concerned that the problem would only worsen, he called us at LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with one of our expert Design Specialists in hopes of finding a solution. Our specialist assessed the damage and confirmed that the underlying soil had eroded, causing the concrete to become uneven and crack. They informed John that our Two-Part Concrete Protection System could fully repair and stabilize his concrete driveway. With John’s approval, our skilled production team stepped in and first leveled and stabilized the concrete with PolyLevel. Next, the cracks and joints in the concrete were sealed with NexusPro to safeguard against water intrusion and enhance the driveway’s visual appeal. After the work was completed, John was thrilled with the results and can now feel at ease knowing that his concrete driveway is fully repaired and permanently stabilized.
Joan D. was growing concerned as there were many areas of her driveway and sidewalks that were sinking, leaving large cracks and tripping hazards at her Nokomis, Florida home. She decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for a solution to her damaged concrete. Upon inspection, LRE determined loose, sandy soils had been washed out over time causing voids under the slabs. To remedy this problem, LRE injected a two-part polyurethane material called PolyLevel through small holes in the concrete slab. PolyLevel flows easily through soils, expanding on contact to fill voids and lift the concrete slab back level. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and could rest easy now that here tripping hazards were gone for good.
Homeowner, Robert H., was concerned about the trip hazards unlevel concrete was creating around his home. Fear of causing harm to neighbors or guests motivated Robert to schedule a whole home inspection with LRE. Our concrete specialist conducted a thorough inspection of Roberts's home and found that the soil beneath the concrete was unstable, causing the slabs to become unlevel. To resolve Robert's concerns, our team utilized our specially patented PolyLevel system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam designed to fill and compress loose soils. Once complete, Robert was relieved to see his safety concerns were no more. Robert can now rest easy knowing his concrete is permanently stabilized and his home is no longer a safety issue.
A commercial property owner in Venice, Florida, contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with a section of their parking lot where the concrete appeared to be settling, leading to frequent water pooling in the area. An inspection conducted by an LRE Design Specialist revealed that unstable soil beneath the concrete had caused it to settle, and regular rainwater seeping below the parking lot would cause the soil to erode further. The specialist recommended using PolyLevel to level the concrete and stabilize the soil. With the property owner’s approval, our team injected PolyLevel directly under the concrete slabs, successfully leveling and permanently stabilizing them. The parking lot is now fully leveled, effectively preventing further water pooling in the area.
A significant tripping hazard had developed in Julie’s concrete driveway in Venice, Florida, as one of the slabs appeared to be sinking into the ground, creating an uneven surface. Concerned about the safety risk, Julie reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. We sent one of our Design Specialists to Julie’s home to inspect the driveway, and they found that substantial erosion of the underlying soil had caused the concrete to settle. To fully remove the trip hazard and level the slab, our team implemented our Two-Part Concrete Protection System. First, PolyLevel was injected directly beneath the concrete to lift, level, and stabilize the slab. Next, the joints between the slabs were sealed with NexusPro to prevent water from seeping beneath the concrete and causing further erosion of the soil. With the trip hazard fully removed, Julie can now rest easy knowing her driveway is safe and stable.
