Karen W. from North Port, Florida, noticed large holes under her driveway and became concerned about its stability. She decided to call LRE Foundation Repair after receiving a recommendation from a friend. LRE inspected the property and found that the slope of the driveway and washed-out soils had caused erosion and voids. To fix the issue, LRE designed a custom solution that involved using PolyLevel injection and NexusPro application. PolyLevel is an expandable, polymer foam material that was injected at various points in the concrete drive. The material flows smoothly through the loose soils and large voids, expanding enough to solidify and compact the soils while filling the voids and lifting areas of the concrete that needed it. The next step was applying NexusPro, a silicone-based concrete sealer that was used to fill all cracks and create a smooth finish. NexusPro cures quickly and protects the area from future damage from the elements. After completing the project, the homeowner was relieved that she no longer had to worry about her driveway's stability.
LRE Foundation Repair received a call from Patricia S. in North Port, Florida, who was facing a serious problem. Her concrete driveway had severe cracking and had sunken inches deep, which posed a risk for accidents. She wanted the driveway to be fixed immediately. To address the washed-out soil conditions and permanently stabilize the driveway, LRE used a combination of products. First, PolyLevel, a product that lifts, levels, and stabilizes the affected area, was used. The expanding foam material reacts on contact and cures in less than 30 minutes. Then, to seal and protect all cracks from future damage, NexusPro, a silicone-based concrete sealant, was used. The homeowner was extremely pleased now that the hazard had been eliminated.
Patricia from North Port, Florida, had a major trip hazard in her concrete driveway that required immediate repair. Hoping to avoid replacing the concrete entirely, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair with hopes of finding an alternative solution. An LRE Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection and discovered significant soil erosion, which caused a section of the driveway to crack and sink. To eliminate the trip hazard and seal the cracks, the LRE team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. Utilizing PolyLevel to elevate and level the sunken slab, and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, the LRE team successfully repaired the damaged driveway. Patricia was thrilled with the results as her driveway was fully repaired, eliminating the need to replace the concrete.
In North Port, Florida, Karen reached out to us at LRE Foundation Repair with concerns about her uneven concrete driveway. One of the slabs had sunk down into the ground, creating a very problematic trip hazard. After a thorough inspection was conducted by one of our Design Specialists, it was determined that the underlying soil had washed out, creating a significant void and causing the concrete to settle. Our team stepped in and injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete, filling the void and lifting the settled slab back to its proper level. Now Karen can finally be free of the trip hazard threat in her driveway and can feel assured that the concrete is now permanently stabilized.
The property manager of a gas station in North Port, Florida called LRE Foundation Repair after receiving some complaints about the concrete sidewalk cracking and sinking. When LRE arrived to inspect the area, there was noticeable erosion and voids growing underneath the sidewalk causing safety hazards. Our Team was able to provide the solution by the installation of PolyLevel around the building and underneath the sidewalks. This two-part polyurethane material was injected underneath the concrete slabs around the perimeter of the building where needed. Once injected, the material flows easily through the loose and unstable soils, filling voids as it solidifies and lifting the concrete slabs where they had sunken. After the completion of the project, the property manager was thrilled his sidewalks were releveled and safe for his future patrons.
