Mack bid the job for my pool deck, sidewalk and driveway repairs in a prompt and cost-efficient way -- Not trying to add on areas that were not needed for lift or stabilization. Derrick and his team arrived as scheduled to execute the repairs. They were courteous, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The finished product fully met our expectations and was completed in a few hours, including cleanup. I would recommend LRE and this crew if you need concrete lifted or stabilized around your pool, driveways or sidewalks.

It is with great pleasure we write this testimonial for LRE My husband and I went through a few companies that actually call themselves "contractors" who took our money and left us with more problems than we started with. Then came along LRE to level our sunroom floor and fill in our pool. Chad was very thorough and explained what he and Kelvin would be doing and what to do afterwards. The cleanup was great. Everything was cleaned up and no more separation in my concrete. Zach was such a personable representative of your company. Everyone kept me informed about what was going to happen. 

I would recommend this company and its people in a heartbeat. From the appraisal to the finished job, they were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. A large piece of my driveway had sunk about 6". and the crew that performed the work was lead by Brad. Brad was meticulous to detail, worked hard and made it his business to get it right. In my book they went above and beyond my expectations. I also had the driveway raised and leveled, and cracks sealed. I think this repair was money well spent.

I read reviews all of the time before making a decision to use a company. But, I have never taken the time to write one until now. LRE should start a business on how to run a business! All of the personnel, from the sales team to the service techs, were great - especially Justin and Jay! Communication was outstanding and questions were answered promptly, if not immediately. Justin even called when he and Jay were about 30 minutes out and when they arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, and looked at the job, they explained how they would handle it and went right to work. Both were polite, friendly, and professional. This is exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done to your home. I would not hesitate to recommend LRE. It was a stress-free experience!

I had a crew out to the house today to address some settlement of my pool deck. The entire crew was exceedingly polite, kept me informed of their progress, and cleaned up their mess before leaving. Everyone was professional, and after having some idiotic roofers at my house last week, your crew's professionalism was very, very appreciated. Thanks for a good job.

We didn't know what to expect, we just knew our driveway on the hill had lots of cracks and wasn't looking nice anymore. It certainly was not going to get better by us! Our first call and last call was to LRE. Their team was here for four days, working in Florida's relentless humidity and heat. Mike S., Chris S., and Jagren C. explained each step as it was going to happen and as many times as it took to get us to comprehend. They weren't going to leave until we were satisfied, the way it should be. We learned a lot and highly recommend LRE for any concrete services you need. Do yourself a favor and at least get a their quote, and then let them work for you! Quite an education!

The crew leader did a great job making sure I knew what was happening throughout the job. He made sure I was satisfied and asked a few times at the end to make sure. I was very happy with how it went. Your company is fabulous and has done a great job on both parts of the job to make sure a stressful situation was as easy as possible. I have already been recommending LRE to people I know. 

The person that came out to do the estimate, Judd Hagler, came out earlier than they typically start work to do my estimate on the 5th of July. I was impressed by that. The two guys that came here to do the work on July 14, Chis and Chad, also showed up early. They are proficient, informative, and answered any question I asked while working. Judd earned my business by arriving early, Chris and Chad arrived early and earned any future business I may have. I’d recommend them to anybody that asks.

Chad was friendly and professional. Explained the process, went through the completed work, told us when the area could be used again. He also provided recommendations on water drainage that would prevent further eroding of the ground in the repair area. The completed project looks great and exceeded expectations. Our house came back OK for the moment, but I can confidently say that if we ever need any foundation assistance in the future, we will call LRE! Shea took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly check the house. He let us know what spots to keep an eye on over the years, and told us not to hesitate to reach out. The crew was awesome! Very knowledgeable and informative. I wanted a local contractor and sought other contractors. Honestly, each sent a young individual that clearly wanted to sell me on a drawing. Matt showed up and it was quite clear of his experience and understanding of the injection product as well as the helical pilings. My house in NY was destroyed in SuperStorm Sandy so I learned quite a bit about injection foam and helical pilings in that experience. So it as Matt's detailing both products that sold me. 

We are very pleased with the improvement to our sidewalk. With all the rain over the past two days, it was nice to see no puddling in the corner of the walk. The tripping hazard is gone which really pleases us as well. Many thanks to your crew!
