Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The crew leader and his assistant were very polite and did go over the areas that were in need of repair. The crew were very professional and I appreciated that very much. Everything was cleaned up. I would recommend LRE to everyone.

My community boat ramp and adjacent seawall had voids and washed out areas underneath the concrete. LRE injected PolyLevel in areas to stabilize the ramp and hopefully keep it useable for many more years. The whole process, from estimate with Judd, to contract with Faye, was fair and easy. LRE was able to work within my timeframe and budget. Justin and Rowan were the technicians who did the work and I have nothing but praise for their pleasant demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend LRE and thank them for a job well job.

Chad explained it all clearly before and during the process. They let me watch and seemed to enjoy educating me all along the way. Judd's original explanation and rationale was so clear. He was realistic about the situation and the fix, and presented a logical solution that was not overkill. I knew he was right almost from the start.

Crew leader was great. Called before arrival and provided a time of arrival. Explained the process and executed the work, informing me of the status as the work proceeded. Also, I needed two processes done. Raise the slabs and install a new pool drain. LRE was able to complete both tasks. Others could not. I am a member of Angie's and chose you as a direct result of #1 reading the reviews and #2 scheduling the estimate and having the work completed before our closing date on 7/19/24. Lastly, if I ever require concrete restoration work, I would not hesitate to call LRE to provide an estimate or refer a friend to LRE. Simple, you guys were great and completed the work to my satisfaction allowing my painter time to put a fresh coat of paint on the deck. Thank you so much LRE!

I called for an estimate based on their highly-rated reviews and when the salesperson came out he was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few other estimates received, I gave LRE the job. They came on the day they told me, the crew was professional, knowledgeable and did the job as described from my quote, and in the timeline I was told. Great company. I highly recommend!

Who knew you could blow foam under a driveway and raise it? Love these guys! Scott was awesome and explained things step-by-step. He was on time, professional, and even responded quickly to questions a week after they were paid! Thank you, LRE, but especially Scott!

The plan was to lift a section of our driveway that had sunk by about an inch. LRE's Scott and Rowan called and came by, and carried out their plan flawlessly. I have a beautiful oak tree in my yard and its roots caused my front walkway to lift in places causing a tripping hazard. LRE did a wonderful job at leveling the areas that had concerned me and they offered a very competitive price. I also like that their work is legally registered with the county/city. The crew members communicated often and all terms and scope of work was made clear to me. LRE was very professional and I highly recommend this company!  

LRE has great customer service and installation. The crew that came to my house was led by Justin, and they all did an amazing job with my fountain support installation and driveway repair. Both of the installers were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were kind enough to explain the process and show me how the various products worked. LRE was the second company we called for a quote for concrete leveling. From Robert’s initial visit and estimate, to the great communication with Cindy in scheduling, and Scott’s awesome work in completing the job, my wife and I were highly impressed. We are so happy we chose LRE. Also, Scott is such a hard worker that clearly takes pride in his work. Our project's start date got moved up three weeks (wonderful surprise!) and on a day we both were home. From the time Scott arrived, all the way to getting the work done and thoroughly cleaned up, he was happy to explain the process and answer any questions. It's obvious Scott has all the knowledge, work ethic and years of experience to get the job done correctly, and the first time.
