Our production team installed helical piers along the footer of the affected section of the home’s foundation to lift it back into its proper position and provide permanent stabilization. As a result, the cracks in the garage walls were effectively closed, bringing Harley peace of mind that his home’s foundation is now secure.

Louis R. was growing concerned as he noticed his pool deck was sinking and large cracks were forming where it met the foundation. This two-part, polyurethane material was injected under the concrete slab through small holes, and flowed through loose soils, expanding and filling the voids as it went.
