In preparation for selling his home in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Leland needed to address the cracks that had appeared along the exterior walls to ensure the property could be listed at its optimal market value. After reaching out to LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free appointment, we sent one of our Design Specialists to perform a full home inspection.
Upon closely examining the damage, our specialist discovered that the foundation had settled due to instability in the underlying soil. To provide a complete and permanent solution, our production team installed our push pier system beneath the affected area of the foundation, successfully closing the cracks in the walls. With his foundation now stabilized, Leland can confidently list his home for sale, assured that it is permanently secure.
Frank D. was concerned about his backyard sea wall as it continued to crack and crumble after each storm. He called LRE Foundation Repair for a possible solution to his problematic wall. We determined that the majority of damage was escalated from rising storm waters, increased erosion and unstable soils and designed a repair using the GeoLock Wall Anchor system. These steel anchors are embedded into stable soils and attached to other wall anchors with galvanized steel rods. This system can be tightened to straighten and stabilize walls and once complete is easily concealed. This Venice, Florida homeowner was more than thrilled with the finished product and was worry-free knowing his sea wall was permanently fixed.
Chris B. had noticed a large crack in his exterior wall, covered with cultured stone, that was growing bigger. Worried about the potential damage, he called LRE Foundation Repair for help. After inspecting the property in North Port, Florida, LRE found that the foundation had moved due to loose and shifting soils. LRE used the PolyLevel system, which involves injecting an expanding polymer foam under the concrete, to stabilize the soils and lift the side of the home back in place. This affordable, durable, and long-lasting solution helped to close the large gap in the wall. The homeowner was amazed by the end result - the crack in his wall was gone!
