An expert Design Specialist conducted a full home inspection and created a plan to install interior slab helical piers to lift and stabilize the settling area of the foundation. Our team carefully drilled the piers through the interior slab and deep into the soil beneath the foundation until they reached stronger, load-bearing layers. A slab bracket was then installed around the pier, transferring the weight of the interior slab to the stronger soils below. This effectively lifted the slab back into place, closing the gap between the walls and ceiling and providing permanent stabilization.
