After dealing with his sidewalk trip hazard for years, Terrance M. of Cape Coral, Florida finally decided to deal with the problem once and for all. Carol W. had been dealing with large cracks throughout her pool deck, many of which were tripping hazards due to the size. Once her pool started leaking, she knew it was time to tackle the problem. She called LRE Foundation Repair for a solution. Once LRE arrived and completed an inspection of the property, they determined that large voids were present under the pool deck and patio due to washout and unstable soils. LRE designed a remediation plan using PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a polymer foam material that is injected through small drill holes throughout the patio and expands once entering the soil below. PolyLevel can expand enough to fill all voids and lift large sections of the patio back into place, eliminating trip hazards and cracks. Once the project was completed, the homeowner was more than pleased her patio was stable and releveled, and even more surprised her trip hazards were gone for good.
Lisa had a problem with her back patio at her home in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She noticed a significant crack that had formed right down the center of the slab, which posed a potential trip hazard and looked unsightly. To fix this, she contacted LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Upon inspection, a Design Specialist identified soil washout beneath the concrete as the root cause for the slab to settle. To address the patio's concrete, the LRE team implemented the Two-Part Concrete Protection System. They used PolyLevel to lift and level the slabs and employed NexusPro to seal the crack and prevent water intrusion. Lisa was thrilled with the outcome, as the crack is now sealed, and the settling slab has been leveled and stabilized.

He requested assistance from LRE Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection with an expert Design Specialist. Upon examination of the lanai, the specialist identified a considerable void beneath the concrete, brought on by soil washout. To address this issue, the LRE team utilized the PolyLevel solution, injecting it beneath the slab to fill the void and elevate the concrete back to its original position. Additionally, the team applied NexusPro to seal the crack in the slab, providing protection against water infiltration and preventing potential further washout. Upon completion, Bill was thrilled to see that his lanai was now repaired and permanently stabilized.
