This walkway leading to David's home in Fort Myers Beach, FL, had become unlevel over time. This posed a tripping hazard not only to David but also to anyone who used the walkway. LRE Foundation Repair came out to inspect David’s home and found that the soil below the concrete was unstable, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To remedy this, the LRE team injected PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and level the slabs from below, providing permanent stabilization. With the problem solved, David no longer has to worry about the potential tripping hazard.
Anthony from Greenacres, Florida, discovered a sizable void beneath a section of his concrete driveway. Concerned about potential damage or safety risks, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair seeking professional assistance. We sent one of our Design Specialists to Anthony’s home to thoroughly inspect the issue, and they found that a substantial amount of soil had washed away beneath the driveway. Needing to act quickly before the concrete became seriously damaged, we developed a plan to fill the void and stabilize the surrounding soil using PolyLevel. Our team quickly stepped in and injected the PolyLevel solution beneath the driveway, successfully filling the void and providing the concrete with stable, long-lasting support. Anthony was thrilled with the results and now feels at ease knowing that the void beneath his concrete has been filled and the surrounding soil stabilized.
Dan and Jane S. of Estero, Florida were tired of the cracks in their concrete walkway and were hopeful they could be sealed and smoothed out. After considering a few options, they decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE was able to apply NexusPro to the area, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that not only smooths out the look of the unsightly cracks but also protects the walkway from future moisture infiltration, weed growth and damage from outside elements. NexusPro is carefully applied in cracks that have been drilled, smoothed, and ready for the product application, and finished off with a thin layer of sand to match the surrounding concrete. Once complete, the homeowners were pleased with no more cracks and a smooth finished walkway.
