Pablo and the crew did an amazing job and were very communicative throughout the project. Bill came out on a Saturday with very short notice, gave us a full breakdown of what needed to be done. We felt very confident compared to the other companies that we had spoken to. I want to say again that Pablo and his crew were amazing, staying late twice to finish up. 

I can't say enough about great things about LRE Foundations and the young men that they employ. My wife and I hired LRE to encapsulate our crawlspace, install a dehumidifier, and a sump pump. Jordan, Max, Gabe, Rashad, Cordell, and Shane are the nicest, hardest working, polite, professional young men we have ever met. It is a tough and dirty job and these guys worked as an incredible team and did a superb job. The crawlspace is now clean, our home is protected, and we could not be happier with the work that was performed. I would highly recommend LRE Foundations for any of your crawlspace needs, in particular, requesting this team -- You will not be disappointed.

The professionalism that was evident throughout the "interview" process, from the company website to the representatives that we spoke with, to the evident attention to detail in the materials sent prior to the in-person meeting, were all factors. When we met for the project assessment and estimate, it was apparent that Justin was knowledgeable and confident in what could be done to resolve our problem. He didn't try to oversell; he made sure we understood the situation, how it could be fixed, and what the total cost would be for the proposed solution. And the quoted total cost was within an acceptable price range.

I'd like to thank LRE Foundation Repair and to specially thank their foreman Trace and his crew who tirelessly work their best to make sure they finished on time. They were very professional and updated me each day, sending me before, in progress, and after pictures. I know it is not an easy crawlspace repair, and I cannot imagine how hot working underneath the house is. But, after looking at the work they have done for a 1955 house foundation, I know that the house foundation is more solid now, and probably better than it was when it was originally built. Not only did they put smart jacks on each column, they poured concrete cement on each base as well and reinforced the existing wood with new ones. Overall I’m so happy on the job well done! I sold the house knowing that the new owner has a good solid foundation that will last.    I also like to thank Matt that first came to give me a quote. He’s the only one that explained what LRE would do and what materials to use, and that they do not subcontract their crew and guaranteed their work. I also would like to give a BIG thank you to Kristina, Katelyn, Cindy and Brittany and everyone I have a pleasure of talking to who works at the office. I wish I could give Trace, Vincent, and Charles a higher rating than 5 stars. They went above and way beyond our expectations. I really appreciate that Trace let me know they could also help with the flooring issue we had going on because I had been worried about finding a good company for that as well. I am so thrilled with the work that was done, and I will be requesting them when I have the other rooms of my house completed. They are professional, polite and extremely hard working. I now have peace of mind and feel safer in our 100+ year old home!

Needed floor joists repaired in our crawl space and was having trouble finding a contractor willing to do the work. From the time LRE came out to give an estimate through the completion of the work, everything was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. Price was in line with my research. Highly recommend.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the amazing team, Jason MacDonald, James Harden, and Merrick Scarlett. The whole team was always on time and kept me updated everyday through texting, calling with pictures. We ran into a few delays in the beginning but Jim Flynn ensured things got resolved and made sure we were put on the schedule as soon as possible since we were on a time crunch. You can certainly tell that at LRE Foundation, the customer comes first and they take a lot of pride in their customer service. Once again, the on-site team was EXCEPTIONAL! Starting off with Robert, the sales rep who came out, he was very professional and informative. He took his time answering all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. LRE scheduled in a timely fashion and went over what we would need to do prior to the project; which wasn’t much. Then, we had the pleasure of Trace being our foreman for the project. Trace started each day with a courtesy call to let us know him and his team were on the way, he walked through what they were going to do, and followed up at the end of each day with progress photos and explanations. He and his team were very professional and took great care of our house leaving nothing behind but a sturdy foundation. Once completed, Trace waited for me to get home so that he could give me a tour of everything they had done and answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend LRE and I’ll be sure to use them for any future projects.

After finding out the builder of my townhome, installed insulation in the crawlspace without a quality vapor barrier, the after-effects have caused rotted floor joists and supplemental beams due to absorbed moisture. I was needing to find a reputable company to take on this job, as it was beginning to affect the structure and integrity of my townhome. I spoke to my neighbor across the street who had significant repairs done to their townhome just recently to replace rotted joists similar to the current condition of my townhome. They referred me to a highly recommended company - LRE Foundation Repair. After I contacted LRE to schedule an estimate - one of their sales reps (Jason, a wonderful young man) came to my home to conduct a very thorough inspection and provided me with a proposal to repair damage in my crawlspace which included replacing a significant number of rotted joists and beams. Not long after receiving the date for the project installation, I called the office to inquire if I could be put on an accelerated list to eliminate further rot and absorption of moisture. I spoke with Kristina in the production department, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my concerns and was able to get a crew out to my townhome the following week to remove the existing insulation, so all the wood in my crawlspace had time to dry out before any structural work commenced to prevent future damage. I cannot thank LRE enough for taking care of me, and my townhome. LRE has been in business for over 33 years, and it's not hard to understand why. They have demonstrated the highest level of friendly and professional customer service. If you are looking for a well-vetted company with reputable workers and quality workmanship, I highly recommend that LRE is the company you need to address any concerns you may have.  

Fed was thorough, respectful, and transparent. I appreciated that they put down a tarp on our driveway to protect it. I heard great things about Shea Dawson. So I reached out to him and I was impressed with him. He was so thorough. Walked me through every option. Didn't try to upsell. Didn't try to pressure me or fear monger me into buying things. He was knowledgeable and patient.

I can't give these guys enough stars. Everyone was super-professional and helpful, from Sam who first came to the house to assess, to Mike, Lee, Henry, Tony, Cory, and more! The crew was very dedicated, and so patient and polite with my myriads of questions and concerns. They showed up every single day, and stayed the full day, and by the end, the finished product was better than I ever imagined! I would absolutely use this company again... Phenomenal!

We reached out to LRE Foundation Repair because our floors in the house bounced when you walked on them. Tyler the LRE design specialist came to our home to discuss our issues and toured the rooms, made some observations, and went under the house. He was patient, engaging, and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and introducing us to the tools that are used in a project like ours. He educated us on the use of SmartJacks, block piers, and base footings and sent us a project summary that described the who process and warranty information, as well as diagram with the goal of installing the SmartJack support system to stabilize our floors.   We were pleased with the appearance of the LRE crew who arrived on site to do the work. Mike, Chris, and Chris were approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Mike explained the process and answered every question we had. We would say that if appearance and behavior matter to you, the LRE crew looked like the kind of people you would want to have on your job. Once the work began, the effort they put into our project was immediately evident. They were methodical and thorough and performed magnificently. Reaching out to LRE has created a highly desirable situation for us as stabilizing the floors in our home improved our quality of life, and because of it, we are much happier. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to work on my property. Since this is a historic house, it came with many challenges. Sergio and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. No corners were cut while they maintained the job and kept safety as a priority. The crew also did their very best to mitigate any obstacles along the way while staying transparent by keeping me in the loop. My house now feels balanced and solid, and I know that by investing in the SmartJack system, my home will now last another 100 years! Your crew, which had Carlos as the crew leader, along with Fed and Jalen, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the whole job process. Carlos texted and/or called me every morning to let me know that they were on the way to my house. Every day upon arrival, they went straight to work and worked diligently all day. Carlos quickly answered all of my questions and he took the time to explain the things I did not understand. He and his crew are perfect examples of the type of people that a company can be proud to have as employees.    I'd like to also tell you that every single person I've spoken with at LRE has been a pleasure to work with in all regards.
