Carlos was five stars! He was so communicative, and nice!! He was also so respectful of doing his best not to disturb us because we work from home. He did a great job explaining the project and how it all went. We evaluated 3 different companies. We chose LRE for its demonstrated professionalism (loved receiving the informational guide before the inspection), the proven track record, ability to clearly explain what needed to be done to help our house, the fair pricing, and quality of all employees we interacted with.

Jordan, Gabe, Kent, Max and the team was under our 100 year-old-house repairing and replacing the foundation and leveling for the last two days. Some of the old stone piers were replaced and additional shoring up was done. Periodic maintenance will most like be required, and with their excellent care we will be glad to call on them again. Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all of my questions. The crew was polite and cleaned up. I appreciated that Tyler gave me a range of options and did not use scare tactics. He explained things and LRE was more affordable and didn't try to scare me like [the competitor]. 

Tim and his team did a fantastic job. They finished ahead of schedule and answered all of my questions, as well as implemented agreed-upon changes while still managing to finish early. Tim approached his job with a great degree of professionalism. I would recommend both him and his company. 

Everyone that was on the crew was always very nice. One of the things that made this job a great experience is that Tim the foreman always made sure we knew what was going on and the progress of the project. He would tell us every single day where they were and what they were continuing to do the next day. Tim would always make sure that he called in the morning to let us know when he was going to be here with his crew. This is what made having this project being done at our home above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for allowing me to give you feedback on your company. LRE did the foundation work on our 100 year old house. From the initial contact to the last follow up, their customer service has been impeccable! I called for an estimate, the next day it seemed I received a very professional brochure explaining the work they do and the process. I took the time to read through it so when Frank came to do the estimate I had some idea of what he was talking about. Frank was thorough in his explanation of the necessary work and answered all of my questions with patience and in a way I was able to wrap my head around. Carlos, the foreman of the job, was not only friendly and professional but did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. The crew did a great job keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The crew that redid the subfloor in the bathroom did as I requested and only screwed the floor in a minimum number of spots so that it could be easily pulled back up when the bathroom remodel team re-does the bathroom. I have a 1920’s home that was starting to shift to the point where doors no longer closed. Jordan, Gabe, and Max did a great job of lifting the house to a point where doors could close again without cracking any of my tile floors.

LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job. I highly recommend LRE, and I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to Franky, Joseph, Taylor, and others who worked on my project.

I'm very happy with the crew, especially Carlos. Their explanations of the difficult work involved and their professionalism. They seemed to enjoy their work. We had a good time together! I found the crew leader to be very professional. He kept me informed and I felt assured of the workmanship of the crew under his leadership. They cleaned up well before leaving. I have to say LRE has been a great company to deal with, from the top down. They kept me well informed throughout the process and answered my many questions. This was an experience like none other! I've never received a quote like this before. Sean at LRE redefined what it means to give an honest inspection to a property. He gave me the information I needed and didn't gaslight me to make a sale. He told me what should be done, what could be done, and what did not need to be done. They were really respectful of my property and Carlos was fantastic. I've had so many contractors on my property and Carlos was by far the most attentive, respectful, and communicative crew leaders I've dealt with. Gave me a lot of comfort that they weren't breaking my house or cutting corners. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with this crew. We felt like Ross, the person who gave us the quote, was honest about the scope of work. He was very nice and walked us through everything so we felt comfort in his expertise but also that he wasn't trying to push unnecessary work on us.
