I have a 1920’s home that was starting to shift to the point where doors no longer closed. Jordan, Gabe, and Max did a great job of lifting the house to a point where doors could close again without cracking any of my tile floors.

LRE did the foundation work on our 100 year old house. From the initial contact to the last follow up, their customer service has been impeccable! I called for an estimate, the next day it seemed I received a very professional brochure explaining the work they do and the process. I took the time to read through it so when Frank came to do the estimate I had some idea of what he was talking about. Frank was thorough in his explanation of the necessary work and answered all of my questions with patience and in a way I was able to wrap my head around. Carlos, the foreman of the job, was not only friendly and professional but did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. The crew did a great job keeping the construction mess to a minimum. The crew that redid the subfloor in the bathroom did as I requested and only screwed the floor in a minimum number of spots so that it could be easily pulled back up when the bathroom remodel team re-does the bathroom. LRE did a great job fixing my foundation. In the crawlspace, almost filled up with sand and roots, the central girder supporting the floor joists had dropped and was close to failure due to ground contact, rot, and termite damage. LRE replaced the girder and supported everything with smart jacks. The quality of the work looks great, and our floor is very close to level for the first time since we bought the house. We're no longer fearful of the house continuing to sink, and I believe we are safe and stabilized for years now. LRE is one of only two foundation repair specialists I called that will do excavation to gain sufficient clearance to do the work. The amount of excavation necessary was considerable because poor drainage around my house had caused the ground level under the house to rise by more than a foot over the years. The crew were very friendly, and in my estimation, highly experienced and qualified to do this very difficult job. I highly recommend LRE, and I will use them again if necessary and recommend them to my friends. Many thanks to Franky, Joseph, Taylor, and others who worked on my project.

The professionalism that was evident throughout the "interview" process, from the company website to the representatives that we spoke with, to the evident attention to detail in the materials sent prior to the in-person meeting, were all factors. When we met for the project assessment and estimate, it was apparent that Justin was knowledgeable and confident in what could be done to resolve our problem. He didn't try to oversell; he made sure we understood the situation, how it could be fixed, and what the total cost would be for the proposed solution. And the quoted total cost was within an acceptable price range.

I'd like to thank LRE Foundation Repair and to specially thank their foreman Trace and his crew who tirelessly work their best to make sure they finished on time. They were very professional and updated me each day, sending me before, in progress, and after pictures. I know it is not an easy crawlspace repair, and I cannot imagine how hot working underneath the house is. But, after looking at the work they have done for a 1955 house foundation, I know that the house foundation is more solid now, and probably better than it was when it was originally built. Not only did they put smart jacks on each column, they poured concrete cement on each base as well and reinforced the existing wood with new ones. Overall I’m so happy on the job well done! I sold the house knowing that the new owner has a good solid foundation that will last.    I also like to thank Matt that first came to give me a quote. He’s the only one that explained what LRE would do and what materials to use, and that they do not subcontract their crew and guaranteed their work. I also would like to give a BIG thank you to Kristina, Katelyn, Cindy and Brittany and everyone I have a pleasure of talking to who works at the office. I wish I could give Trace, Vincent, and Charles a higher rating than 5 stars. They went above and way beyond our expectations. I really appreciate that Trace let me know they could also help with the flooring issue we had going on because I had been worried about finding a good company for that as well. I am so thrilled with the work that was done, and I will be requesting them when I have the other rooms of my house completed. They are professional, polite and extremely hard working. We previously had work done by another foundation company. Zac came out and inspected the work previously completed and saw how poorly they had done everything. Zac was very patient and helpful as we worked to get a refund from the other company. Without Zac's pictures and video of the installation of jacks, we would have never known what the other company did and wouldn't have had the proof to get our money back. That set up a trust with your company, which was further established by the team that came out here. Trace, Josh, and James who delivered what was promised.

We were quoted on this project by Frank who did an outstanding job of inspecting our house and explaining options. We also got quotes from another company and LRE not only beat their price, but their approach was a much more comprehensive solution. The office was helpful and efficient and scheduling happened without a hitch. Trace and his crew were terrific. They showed up on time, communicated with us, took the time to explain what they were doing and how it worked. They were courteous and organized and they kept a clean and tidy job site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this crew and their leader, Trace. We were very satisfied with the results and offer our thanks for a job well done!

We just purchased this home a few months ago, and it was built in 1954. During our home inspection the inspector noticed an area of concern suggesting we have one of the foundation piers looked at by a professional. The LRE Foundation Repair representative that came out, Kurt Senft, completed a very thorough investigation under our home and in the crawlspace. Kurt hand-sketched and measured areas of concern, and found there was a slight pitch to one of the corners of the house, and absolutely no support under the beams of the master bathroom. He also noticed there were only a couple other areas that needed an I-beam installed to support between the existing piers. The crew that completed the installation and sprayed LumberKote sealer were professional technicians. The crew showed me the products being used and explained the process and blueprint of installation. They also informed me that everything under the house looked good. They did not notice any wood rot, block/cement erosion, plumbing/electrical issues. The crew also provided pictures of the work completed. The LRE crews have given me peace of mind knowing the house is secure and stable.

Mike and his team from LRE were amazing. They made sure that everything that was supposed to be done was done and that the project would make the floor more stable for many years to come. If I have anymore foundation issues in the future I hope Mike is still at LRE and I will be requesting him for the job.

Carlos, JR, Charlie, and Caleb were outstanding and worked extremely hard in a very tight crawlspace. This was a job that very few people are able to do and I take my hat to the entire crew for a job well done! I'll also mention that they were very polite and courteous. 

All the guys who came out were great -- professional, courteous and helpful. Max kept me updated throughout the project and explained everything once completed. He sent pictures afterward as well. I felt like Zac was professional, straightforward and honest with me about what was needed.

Pablo and the crew did an amazing job and were very communicative throughout the project. Bill came out on a Saturday with very short notice, gave us a full breakdown of what needed to be done. We felt very confident compared to the other companies that we had spoken to. I want to say again that Pablo and his crew were amazing, staying late twice to finish up. 

I'm very happy with the crew, especially Carlos. Their explanations of the difficult work involved and their professionalism. They seemed to enjoy their work. We had a good time together! I still can't believe Carlos managed to raise up the sagging front of the house!! Thank you and thank all of them for doing such a wonderful job!!!
